Talk of another important change in India’s maritime security has intensified. INS Mangrol coming soon in Indian Navy is associated with the Mahe-class Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft. This class of ship is specifically designed to search for enemy submarines. According to official information, a total of eight ships in the Mahe-class are being built.
