Road safety and immigration policy have once again become the center of debate in America. According to social media and several news reports, three Foreign Drivers in America citizens lost their lives in three separate road accidents within a week. Allegations are being made that drivers of foreign origin were involved in this incident. After this case, new questions are being raised on road safety, commercial trucking rules and visa/immigration system.
The most famous incident involved the death of a Pennsylvania State Trooper. In the second incident, a 21-year-old student of the University of Massachusetts, who was also a football player, lost his life in a truck accident.

According to the report, the truck driver was staying in Foreign Drivers in America on visa. Police claimed that after the accident, the driver did not speak English and resorted to Google Translate to communicate. The investigating agency alleges that he also tried to remove the dashcam and damage the phones and electronic logging devices.
The third case involved a six-year-old innocent girl. According to reports, a man from Mexico, who had previously been deported several times, was hit by a car after running through a stop sign. The girl died in this accident. According to the police, the suspect’s driving license is revoked and there is also an old record of drunk driving against him.

However, it is important to note that the investigation into this incident is ongoing in the concerned police department and court. For this reason many allegations are yet to be proved. Many claims going viral on social media could not be verified through official investigation. Therefore, the final conclusion should be accepted after the court’s decision and police investigation.
After this incident, American politicians and many political commentators are demanding tightening of immigration policy, verification process for foreign truck drivers, commercial driving license (CDL) rules and road safety standards. On the other hand, many experts say that it is not only citizenship that can cause road accidents, but factors such as driver training, law enforcement, fatigue, vehicle maintenance and safety monitoring also play an important role.
