Woodside Energy Sells 40% Stake in Louisiana LNG Project to Stonepeak for $5.7 Billion
U.S. LNG infrastructure, Australiaβs Woodside Energy Sells has inked a binding agreement to sell a 40% interest in its Louisiana-based liquefied natural gas (LNG) development to U.S. investment firm Stonepeak for a whopping $5.7 billion.
